Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using services provided by CrossGL ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description

CrossGL provides the following products and services:

CrossTL

A universal programming language translator that converts code between shader languages (Metal, HLSL, GLSL, Vulkan) and general-purpose languages (CUDA, Rust, Mojo).

Credora

An AI-assisted PDF review platform that extracts fields, surfaces consistency and risk signals, and supports reviewer-led document workflows.

3. User Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Engage in any illegal activity or violate applicable laws or regulations.
  • Submit fraudulent, forged, or intentionally misleading documents to Credora.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code through our platform.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our proprietary services.
  • Use our services to harass, threaten, or harm other users.

5. Intellectual Property

CrossGL owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the platform, including all intellectual property rights. The CrossGL name, logo, and product names are CrossGL brand assets.

You retain all rights to your data, code, and documents that you submit through our services. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

CrossTL's open-source components are licensed under their respective open-source licenses (see the CrossTL GitHub repository for details). These terms do not restrict your rights under those open-source licenses.

6. Payment Terms

CrossTL is open source and free for local use under its applicable open-source licenses. Credora paid plans and credit packs are billed through Stripe. Credits must be purchased in advance. Refund requests are handled through account billing support and any applicable legal rights. We may change future pricing by posting the updated price before it takes effect.

Credora paid plans (Plus and Pro) are billed as monthly subscriptions unless a separate enterprise agreement applies.

Subscription Auto-Renewal, Cancellation & Refunds

Monthly subscriptions (including Credora Plus and Pro) automatically renew at the then-current price on each monthly anniversary of your initial purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to subscription features until that date. No partial-month refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations.

7. Limitation of Liability

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. CrossGL does not warrant that:

  • Code translations produced by CrossTL will be error-free.
  • Document analysis by Credora will be 100% accurate or constitute legal advice.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CrossGL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. You may request account deletion from account settings.

9. Governing Law

Any governing-law and venue provisions for a paid enterprise engagement will be set out in the applicable written agreement.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern about the service, contact legal@crossgl.net first so we can work to resolve it. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights that apply to you.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through our platform or via email. Your continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
